Cancellation Notice
If you need to cancel your move, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice before the scheduled moving date. This helps us adjust our schedule and avoid any unnecessary fees. Providing sufficient notice also allows us to reallocate our resources efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption for both you and our team.
Cancellations Within 72 Hours
If you need to cancel your move within 72 hours of the scheduled date, a 10% cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers the cost of the resources and manpower already allocated to your move. We strive to maintain flexible options, but this ensures we can continue providing high-quality service for all clients.
Rescheduling Policy
Need to reschedule your move? Contact us as soon as possible, preferably 72 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new moving date without additional fees. If rescheduling occurs within the 72-hour window, fees may apply depending on availability and logistical changes.
No-Show Policy
If our movers arrive on the scheduled moving day and no one is available to facilitate the move, a no-show fee of 25% of the total moving cost will be charged. This fee covers the resources and time committed to your move. To avoid this, please ensure that someone is available at the scheduled time and location.
